1. Beta service
ModelPilot provides an execution decision, verification, and AI-work economics service. The Free Sandbox is an evaluation service with no uptime, support, or outcome guarantee. A paid Outcome Audit or production service is governed by its separate written scope and commercial agreement.
2. Your responsibilities
You must have the right to submit all data and instructions, protect your account and API keys, review AI outputs before consequential use, and comply with applicable law and the terms of every connected AI provider. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or unattended high-risk decisions affecting safety, employment, credit, healthcare, or legal rights.
3. Provider credentials and charges
Bring-your-own-provider credentials are encrypted and used only to perform requested execution and connection tests. Charges imposed by an AI or tool provider remain your responsibility. ModelPilot cost figures are measurements or estimates, not billing guarantees.
4. Verification and limitations
A technical verifier can confirm a declared contract but cannot prove that every plausible answer is factually correct. You remain responsible for human review, business rules, and production acceptance. Experimental strategies, including Jev-first, remain disabled unless explicitly enabled after evidence review.
5. Suspension and termination
We may rate-limit or suspend access that threatens security, service availability, other tenants, or legal compliance. You may stop using the Free Sandbox at any time and request account deletion through Support.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided as available without implied warranties. Production commitments and liability limits must be stated in a signed commercial agreement.
7. Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions should be submitted through ModelPilot Support.
