What we collect
We collect account details such as name, work email, company, tenant membership, authentication and security events, product configuration, billing status, support requests, and execution telemetry. Provider credentials are encrypted. API keys and sign-in tokens are stored as one-way hashes.
AI task content
ModelPilot defaults to metadata and hashes rather than storing raw prompts, responses, or tool payloads in its trajectory store. Task content is sent to execution targets selected by your request and policy. Connected providers may process data under their own terms and data-handling commitments.
Why we process data
We use data to authenticate users, execute and verify tasks, enforce tenant policy and quotas, calculate cost and value evidence, prevent abuse, deliver support, process payments, and improve reliability. Tenant outcome history is private by default and is not pooled for training without explicit permission.
Service providers
Infrastructure and delivery may involve Cloudflare, Resend, selected AI providers, customer-configured tools, Lemon Squeezy, PayPal, ECPay, or optional Stripe. Only services needed for the requested function receive relevant data.
Retention and deletion
Security, billing, and execution evidence is retained as needed for service operation, audit, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Raw task content is off by default. Account-access or deletion requests can be submitted through Support; some financial or security records may need to be retained.
Security and transfers
We use tenant isolation, encryption for stored provider credentials, HTTPS, access controls, and audited administrative actions. No system is perfectly secure. Cloud services and AI providers may process data outside your country, subject to their applicable safeguards.
Your choices
You may choose allowed providers, privacy constraints, retention requirements, and whether eligible trajectory evidence may be used for tenant-private learning. Contact Support for privacy requests.
